Job Position:

The Relationship Manager position involves driving revenue growth among our existing Enterprise customers while fostering long-term strategic relationships. Key responsibilities include managing renewals, developing scalable customer expansion strategies, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Revenue growth among Enterprise customers
  • Number of new expansion and up-sell opportunities
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates
  • Data-driven decision-making and assessment of business opportunities

Resources and Support:

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams for lead generation and analysis
  • Access to professional CRM and data gathering services
  • Utilization of Sales Development Representatives for lead qualification
  • Training and development opportunities for skills enhancement

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous SaaS sales experience
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
