Job Position:
The Relationship Manager position involves driving revenue growth among our existing Enterprise customers while fostering long-term strategic relationships. Key responsibilities include managing renewals, developing scalable customer expansion strategies, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Revenue growth among Enterprise customers
- Number of new expansion and up-sell opportunities
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Data-driven decision-making and assessment of business opportunities
Resources and Support:
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for lead generation and analysis
- Access to professional CRM and data gathering services
- Utilization of Sales Development Representatives for lead qualification
- Training and development opportunities for skills enhancement
Required Qualifications:
- Previous SaaS sales experience
- Data analysis and interpretation skills
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
