">">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Partnerships.
">">This role will involve leading the partnership sales strategy at Nextory and driving customer acquisition execution through our Local Acquisition team with a creative and strategic mindset.
">">The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing innovative partnerships and new acquisition channels that increase brand awareness and drive customer lifetime value (LTV).
">">You will leverage AI tools to optimize partnerships and maximize ROI, ensuring accounts hunting and farming are efficient and goal-driven while inspiring your team to exceed targets.
">">About You:
">">We are looking for someone who has experience in partnerships, sales, or business development, ideally with a focus on influencers, affiliates, or Telco collaborations.
">">Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies are essential for this role.
">">Proven experience developing large key accounts and working with creative partnerships that have led to increased brand awareness and customer LTV is also required.

- A relevant educational background in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or similar.">
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development.">
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.">
- Proven experience developing large key accounts and working with creative partnerships.">
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in optimizing sales and partnership strategies.">
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build long-lasting, impactful relationships.">
Work Environment:
">">We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris and Bangalore. Our hybrid work policy includes four days in the office and Wednesdays as a work-from-home day.
