Job DescriptionAs a Global Partner Growth Strategist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global presence. Your key responsibilities include cultivating and strengthening relationships with partners, driving strategic growth, and collaborating across teams to achieve outstanding results.
You will oversee performance, uncover new opportunities, and ensure our partners are well-equipped and aligned with Mevisio's innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Manage Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with global partners to drive revenue and market presence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with partners to create and execute go-to-market strategies that align with Mevisio's growth objectives.
- Sales Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary training, tools, and support to effectively promote and sell Mevisio's solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate partner performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets and KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to support partners and optimize sales efforts.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with partners from diverse backgrounds and across different cultures.
- Relationship Building: Proficient in developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating contracts and agreements that benefit both parties.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating different market dynamics and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding and respecting cultural differences, which is critical in managing global partnerships.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges and find solutions that align with business goals.
- Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing long-term strategies to maximize partnership success.
- Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple partners and projects simultaneously, often across different time zones.
- Collaboration: Works well with internal teams to align partner strategies with overall business objectives.
- Resilience: Maintains persistence and motivation in the face of challenges or setbacks in partner relationships.
- 5+ years in partner management or business development, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage international partnerships and understand diverse market dynamics.
- Ability to think strategically and translate plans into actionable outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment.
