Business Growth Strategist

We are looking for a talented Business Growth Strategist to join our team at TN Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, and the ability to establish and maintain business relationships at the executive level. They will be responsible for defining sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding business with existing customers.
About the Role:
- Drive business growth and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Define sales strategies to build a sales pipeline and expand business with existing customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing business.
- Negotiate and close long-term agreements with enterprise accounts.
Requirements:
- A great business mindset understanding how Altair creates value for the customer and generates revenue.
- Excellent ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships at the executive level.
- Skills to develop and execute strategies and tactics to achieve set sales targets.
- Full responsibility for meeting growth targets.
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Fluency in English.
- 3+ years of experience in selling IT/HPC/Cloud/EDA/Semiconductor/CAE software solutions with proven success in developing a strong pipeline.
