We are seeking a talented Business Growth Strategist - TN Sweden to join our team and drive business growth through strategic initiatives. This role involves collaborating closely with the management team to shape, own, and deliver strategic projects that enhance revenue and cost impacts. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical skillset and be able to transform operational and financial data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to drive business growth.
  2. Present recommendations to key decision-makers based on data-driven insights.
  3. Support the development of regular and ad-hoc reports to inform executive-level discussions.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 4 years of professional experience in e-commerce, tech, investment banking, or management consulting.
  2. Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and present data-driven recommendations.
  3. High comfort level working with G-suite (Sheets, Slides).
  4. The ability to work with SQL / BigQuery is considered a plus.
