Drive ARR Growth

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Outcomes Strategist to join our team at TN Sweden. As a key member of our Customer Experience (CX) group, you will be responsible for driving software utilisation and value realisation among our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, and Business Entities to identify use cases that drive value and business outcomes.
  • Building positive relationships with customers to understand their challenges and objectives, and providing insights to Cisco's product teams for development and improvements.
  • Staying current with the latest Cisco technologies, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Mentoring customers to ensure they achieve their business and technical goals with Cisco technologies.

What We're Looking For

  • 8 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of a single technology architecture or CCIE/Industry equivalent certification
  • Experience developing software adoption plans across technology portfolio
  • Experience building technical and business stakeholder level relationships
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Finance experience in either P&L, cost forecasting, margin controls, sales, or renewals.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Swedish language skills.
