We are seeking an Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator who can effectively manage our inbound customer leads and coordinate digital communication activities.
About the RoleThis part-time position offers the opportunity to work for a dynamic tech startup company, driving change in the international forestry sector through new disruptive methods and services.
- International collaborations and partnerships worldwide, particularly in South America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, problem-solving, customer service, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as experience with analytics and online advertising.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer lead interactions, identifying needs and transferring high-potential prospects to the B2B sales team.
- Provide first-line support, coordinating second-line support staff and monitoring individual customer cases.
- Oversee semi-automated online sales pipelines, following up on customers' onboarding journeys for Katam's smartphone app and web portal.
- Track sales inquiries and business transactions, analyzing user behavior using Google Analytics and creating weekly reports.
- Develop engaging content for various platforms, managing the company's homepage and social media accounts.
- Monitor and analyze digital metrics to measure campaign success and inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written skills in English, with familiarity in Swedish, Spanish, and/or Portuguese beneficial.
- Technical knowledge and interest in understanding Katam's offering, including forest management and advanced IT technologies.
