About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, bid management, or similar commercial roles within a relevant industry. A degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales to grow our market share, building a strong project pipeline for mid- and long-term business growth, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. You will also negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

You will be responsible for conducting competitor analyses and gathering market intelligence. Building and maintaining relationships with key customers will be essential to your success. You will also participate in the Prysmian share scheme at a reduced rate and enjoy target-based sales incentives.
