
Account Growth Specialist

Nolato Meditech develops and manufactures custom polymer products and systems for leading global customers in the Medtech and Pharma sectors.
Key Performance IndicatorsThis role involves working as an Account Manager in a back office/inside sales capacity, reporting directly to the Sales Director. You will have continuous contact with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and video conferences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales support for Key Account Managers
- Customer service, quotations, pricing, negotiations, and other administrative tasks within sales
We prioritize proactive and constructive customer interactions, requiring professional business acumen and effective communication skills.
The role is based at our Hörby facility, which supports two locations. To excel in this position, you should have a commercial drive, persistence, and patience to balance the sales process.
As a collaborative team member, you will thrive in an environment with clear goals and be able to work effectively under pressure to meet targets.
