We are seeking a Part-time Inside Sales Coordinator who can manage our constant flow of inbound customer leads and coordinate digital communication activities.
About the CompanyKatam Technologies is a team of ambitious entrepreneurs dedicated to changing the international forestry sector with new disruptive methods and services.
- International collaborations and partnerships worldwide, particularly in South America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, problem-solving, customer service, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as experience with analytics and online advertising.
Job Duties:
- Customer lead management, identifying customer needs and transferring high-potential prospects to the B2B sales team.
- First-line support, coordinating second-line support staff and monitoring individual customer cases.
- Semi-automated online sales pipeline management, following up on customers' onboarding journeys for Katam's smartphone app and web portal.
- Sales inquiry and business transaction tracking, analyzing user behavior using Google Analytics and creating weekly reports.
- Content development for various platforms, managing the company's homepage and social media accounts.
- Digital metric analysis to measure campaign success and inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written skills in English, with familiarity in Swedish, Spanish, and/or Portuguese beneficial.
- Technical knowledge and interest in understanding Katam's offering, including forest management and advanced IT technologies.
