We are seeking a Part-time Inside Sales Coordinator who can manage our constant flow of inbound customer leads and coordinate digital communication activities.

  • International collaborations and partnerships worldwide, particularly in South America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, problem-solving, customer service, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as experience with analytics and online advertising.

Job Duties:

  • Customer lead management, identifying customer needs and transferring high-potential prospects to the B2B sales team.
  • First-line support, coordinating second-line support staff and monitoring individual customer cases.
  • Semi-automated online sales pipeline management, following up on customers' onboarding journeys for Katam's smartphone app and web portal.
  • Sales inquiry and business transaction tracking, analyzing user behavior using Google Analytics and creating weekly reports.
  • Content development for various platforms, managing the company's homepage and social media accounts.
  • Digital metric analysis to measure campaign success and inform data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Previous inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English, with familiarity in Swedish, Spanish, and/or Portuguese beneficial.
  • Technical knowledge and interest in understanding Katam's offering, including forest management and advanced IT technologies.
