As a Business Development & Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans for HV/MV solutions, products, and associated services. You will foster strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders, meet sales and financial KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to meet customer needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Represent Autoliv at trade shows and industry events.
  • Provide market insights to refine product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and awareness.
