Job Description:

You will contribute to keeping the energy supply stable in the future as part of our team at the world market leader in energy technology. Key Responsibilities:
  • You will implement the portfolio strategy for assigned products/portfolios, considering sales strategies and volume ramp-up for defined markets as agreed between Sales and the business unit.
  • In collaboration with the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for active market development and local promotion of products/portfolios to generate market acceptance.
  • You will coordinate projects with customers and proactively initiate specification work and drive its implementation.
  • You will provide technical and general commercial support and qualification of sales colleagues for their products, as well as work on marketing material to create locally required documents.
  • You will provide feedback from the market back to product management and visit customers on your own initiative if required.
Your Profile:
  • You have a degree in electrical engineering with additional knowledge in business management or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in sales, are extroverted, a strong communicator, and persuasive.
  • You have a good technical understanding and know how to sell your products/solutions as a specialist for your assigned portfolio.
  • As a multi-talent, you take responsibility for the systematic development of a go-to-market strategy, the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, and actual sales work with customers.
  • You see yourself as a networker with good connections to your business contacts internally and externally.
  • You are business fluent in English.
  • Further language skills are desirable (e.g. Swedish / Polish).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sound SAP skills round off your profile.
