Building Strategic Customer Relationships
As a Business Development Representative at Funnel, you will be responsible for building strategic customer relationships and driving revenue growth across the EMEA region. This is a performance-based role that requires a hunting mindset, constantly seeking out and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
About the Role:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customer stakeholders through regular communication and relationship-building activities
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and collaborate with Customer Success and other key team members to capitalize on these opportunities
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the Funnel platform to best serve customer needs
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in an Account Executive and/or Account Management role, preferably in the MarTech industry
- Proven success with procurement and contract negotiation
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in German or French is a plus
