The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and driven individual to join our fast-paced, high-performing sales team As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be focused on qualifying sales opportunities. You will often be the first point of contact with potential Yubico Business customers, so making a good impression is critical.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Daily integration with Salesforce to adopt accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to sales department best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Meet monthly and quarterly objectives
  • Conduct a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social connections to customers and prospects to gather and share information and initiate the first step in identifying those interested parties in learning more about the company's products and services and respond to incoming inquiries
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to drive opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
  • Report to Team Lead EMEA APJ Sales Development

Basic Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills with a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and tasks
  • Able to take initiative, maintain a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and work effectively on projects with minimal direct supervision
  • 2 years of selling experience
  • Based in Stockholm
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in German
