Senior Business Development Representative

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating deals to exceed sales targets.
We are a growing company and therefore give all employees a lot of responsibility from day one. Our team is focused on expanding our most important accounts and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our Key Account team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5+ years experience in a sales/account management role, preferably from a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization and/or scale-up;
- Leadership- and/or project management experience and proven influencing, selling and negotiation skills;
- Stellar track record, consistently exceeding sales targets;
- Experience of working with key stakeholders at large multinational organizations and building strong relationships.
