Business Development Representative – Stockholm, Sweden

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden.

About Rillion

Rillion is a global company founded in Sweden with 30 years' experience in the AP Automation industry. We help finance professionals transform how they manage invoices by digitalizing and automating the entire process.

What you will do
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers within the Swedish market using Vainu, 6sense and other tools.
  • Initiate conversations through personalized emails, calls, and social media interactions to create interest and curiosity.
  • Qualify leads and gather valuable insights to understand their pain points, needs, and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and seamlessly transition leads into the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and progress using Hubspot.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and our product offerings to effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Bring your experience, creative thinking, and strategies to advance our company's values, culture, and vision for the future.
What we are looking for
  • Proven experience in a BDR, sales, or customer-facing role within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Excellent written and verbal Swedish communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts concisely.
  • High level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to exceed targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • A plus but not required: Business background from school.
  • A plus but not required: Experience working within AP Automation or Purchase to Pay process.
  • A plus but not required: Experience working with Hubspot, Vainu, and 6sense.
