Customer Success Associate

At Qred AB, we are on the cusp of surpassing 200 employees and growing rapidly as a fintech scale-up bank. We are seeking a Danish-speaking Financial Services Liaison Officer to support our B2B customers via various inbound contact channels.
The role involves resolving customer errands, which can range from technical support to questions about ongoing loan applications or invoice-related issues. You will take full ownership of each errand, providing excellent customer service and driving satisfaction. Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders, you will gain insights into various aspects of our business, including Underwriting and Collections processes.
We have recently received our banking license, and this role offers an opportunity to impact new routines and ways of working both internally and externally. As part of our diverse team of 7 people, you will learn to underwrite companies and work closely with SMV's.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Take full ownership of issue resolution and customer-facing interactions
Assess company eligibility for financial services
Contact customers regarding late invoices and help find solutions
Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements and optimize processes
Qualifications:
Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with phone and email communication
Proficiency in both spoken and written Danish and English
Prior experience in fintech or fast-growing companies is advantageous
Skills and Competencies:
Familiarity with financial products and services
Demonstrated ability to deliver high customer satisfaction
Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
Curiosity and willingness to improve processes
Eager to learn and develop professional skills
Team player with excellent collaboration skills
