Main Responsibilities:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential key customers.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the heat pump segment.
- Conducting needs analyses and presenting tailored solutions to customers.
- Negotiating and finalizing agreements, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met.
- Keeping up to date with market trends and technical innovations in heat pumps and air solutions.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably within energy solutions or the HVAC industry.
- Documented experience in managing key customers and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Technical understanding of heat pumps and air solutions is advantageous.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Driver's license B
