**Job Title:** Employee Relations Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team at Expeditors. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and applying the Employee Relations function within our Nordic branches.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide day-to-day coaching and advice to managers and associates in employee relations issues, performing management and policy interpretation.

• Stay current on employment law and trends, and track and interpret employee relations data to proactively identify issues and develop training and other interventions and solutions.

• Manage and promote the Annual Employee Survey, gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to develop recommendations and strategies for positive employee relations and engagement.

• Collaborate with key teams across the network and Employee Experience function to share best practices and drive business strategies.

• Maintain confidentiality of personnel data in line with current GDPR and country legislations.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience within HR, with previous recruitment process manager experience and excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills.

• Strong legal legislation knowledge within the Nordic countries.
