Job Description:

Nordic Capital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic and high-performing HR team.

About the Role:

In this key position, you will be responsible for driving and developing our global recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to support our continued growth and success. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related matters, working closely with our business leaders and HR team to identify and fill critical roles across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company culture and values
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in driving recruitment strategies and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
