As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and prioritize candidate experience and quality of hire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the future of recruitment and eager to develop and improve hiring processes with Wolt's business leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead recruitment projects for assigned hiring teams, planning a solid hiring roadmap and training interviewers as needed.
- Provide guidance and insight to hiring managers based on your experience, market understanding, and data-driven decisions.
- Build candidate pipelines relevant to hiring teams and utilize talent acquisition tooling to drive efficiencies in the recruiting funnel.
- Invent new ways to attract top talent globally while maintaining basic recruiting best practices.
- Collaborate with the broader TA team to share ideas, wins, and solve hiring-related challenges.
- Partner with talent teams, such as Employer Branding, to drive optimal advertising, events, and social media campaigns.
- Previous experience in recruitment, with a passion for advising and leading processes.
- Advocate for candidate experience excellence and consider it in every decision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment and collaborate with various stakeholders in English.
- Comfort with data and transparently sharing pipeline and other important data with hiring teams.
