Our Product+ organization, which encompasses engineering, design, product management, and analytics, has expanded from 20 to over 800 talented individuals in just six years. This remarkable growth is fueled by our in-house development of nearly all systems and tools, resulting in 20+ teams working on 10+ different products.

We're seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner to support our ambitious hiring goals. As a key member of our Product+ talent acquisition team, you'll be responsible for executing, developing, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver top-notch hires across various locations. Your primary focus will be on engineering roles, ensuring seamless collaboration between hiring managers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Filling roles within your dedicated domain(s) independently and autonomously
  • Guiding hiring managers with informed insights, data-driven decision-making, and best practices to optimize hiring processes
  • Driving exceptional quality in candidate experiences and services provided to internal stakeholders
  • Becoming an ambassador for Wolt's mission, values, and business by engaging with candidates and stakeholders
  • Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates at all levels and effectively communicating the company's value proposition

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in recruiting, preferably for engineering and/or data roles, with a proven track record of successful placements
  • A genuine passion for efficient and effective hiring at scale and with high volumes
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders, ideally in engineering domains
  • The ability to work independently, think critically, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Comfort with data analysis to drive decision-making and create actionable insights
