About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Sales to join our business talent acquisition team, responsible for finding exceptional talent for our sales organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, managing relationships with key stakeholders and prioritizing candidate experience and quality of hire.
  • Develop and execute a robust hiring roadmap, streamlining processes and training interviewers to ensure team success.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven guidance to hiring managers, leveraging experience and market knowledge to inform recruitment efforts.
  • Build evergreen candidate pipelines for sales roles, ensuring an exceptional interview experience that showcases the best of Wolt.
  • Design and execute large-scale campaigns to captivate top talent, utilizing employer branding, online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Utilize talent acquisition tools and reporting to optimize the recruiting funnel, increase candidate pass-through ratios, and enhance KPIs such as monthly fill rate, time to hire, and cost per hire.
Requirements
  • Several years of sales recruitment experience, with a proven track record of leading processes and offering strategic advice.
  • Successful management of talent pools, evergreen roles, and ongoing pipelines for continuous hiring.
  • Strong focus on candidate experience, with a commitment to ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues from around the world, tackling bottlenecks and ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively in English.
  • Data-driven approach, with a focus on transparency and sharing pipeline metrics and crucial data with hiring teams.
