About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Ebury. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our diverse range of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and other social networks.
  • Screening candidates' CVs and job applications to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
  • Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and behaviours.
  • Guiding candidates through the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience, regardless of the outcome.
  • Maintaining candidates' interest and engagement with Ebury, managing their expectations and negotiating at the offer stage.
  • Understanding the team's needs and requirements to find the best candidate for each open role.
  • Building strong relationships with internal customers at all levels to network across the company.
  • Diary management and interview bookings to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Ensuring accurate information is captured in our recruitment system (Greenhouse).

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record as an agency recruiter or in-house/TA experience of volume recruitment.
  • Experience in recruitment within Financial Services or Sales is beneficial.
  • Fluent English.
  • Fluency in one of the Nordics languages.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Highly organised and autonomous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly service-orientated.
  • A flexible mindset and the ability to cope with our fast-paced culture.
