About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Atlas Copco AB. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global recruitment standards and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Digital HR team to design and improve existing TA processes and tools, leveraging analytics to drive business outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including hiring managers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships and system administration to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in recruitment practices and technologies, sharing knowledge with the global TA community.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience working in multiple systems supporting digitalization of people processes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to use feedback effectively. Fluency in English is a must, both spoken and written.
