Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Sales Recruitment team at Wolt. As a key member of our global talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and execute a robust hiring roadmap to attract top sales talent.
- Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain evergreen candidate pipelines for sales roles, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
- Employer Branding: Design and execute large-scale campaigns to showcase Wolt's employer brand and attract top sales talent.
- Talent Pool Management: Manage talent pools, evergreen roles, and ongoing pipelines to ensure a continuous supply of top sales talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Experience: Several years of sales recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success in leading recruitment processes and providing strategic advice.
- Talent Pooling: Proven ability to manage talent pools, evergreen roles, and ongoing pipelines to ensure a continuous supply of top sales talent.
- Candidate Experience: Strong focus on candidate experience, with a track record of delivering positive and memorable candidate experiences.
- Global Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment, collaborating with colleagues from around the world.
- Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to engage effectively in English.
- Data-Driven Recruiter: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive recruitment success.
