Om rollen som Talent Acquisition Specialist
Vi söker en erfaren Talent Acquisition Specialist som kan driva och vara ansvarig för flera rekryteringar tillsammans med den ansvariga chefen. Du kommer att rekrytera främst tekniska roller, ingenjörer och konstruktörer. Du behöver förstå processen samt coacha cheferna och andra intressenter i talangförsörjningskedjan på Northab.
Uppgifterna inkluderar också att arbeta med förbättringsarbetet i teamet. Vi har precis implementerat en ny global process och HR-system, vilket innebär att du kommer att vara en del av förändringsresan och behöva lära dig ett system som är nytt för alla. Viktigt att kunna hantera stress och vara bra på att kommunicera (med kandidater, chefer och andra kollegor).
Krav och meriter
• Kandidatexamen inom HR eller motsvarande (annars mer erfarenhet inom TA)
• God kunskap i både svenska och engelska (både muntligt och skriftligt)
• Meriterande: Rekryterat tekniska roller eller arbetat med SAP-system
