Customer Success Operations Director

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Customer Success Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of publisher clients, including account setup, technical integrations, and ongoing support.
This role requires working closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, business development, product management, and engineering to deliver customized implementation plans to select clients.
- Keeping multiple support systems updated (Salesforce, JIRA etc.)
- Travel (up to 20%) to client sites for strategic and quarterly business review meetings
The successful candidate will have a strong background in ad operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
