As a Customer Success Manager at Kreditz AB, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your primary objective will be to create a positive relationship between customers and our various departments, ensuring seamless communication and maximum value delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Educational onboardings for new customers, teaching them how to utilize our innovative solutions effectively.
  • Customer support via email, phone, or other channels to strengthen long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Coordinating with Kreditz departments to resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Regular updates on product outages, maintenance, and feature enhancements to keep customers informed.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance our products and services.
  • Managing growth within client portfolios by proactively addressing their needs, identifying new opportunities, and providing personalized support.
  • Reporting regularly to senior management on customer status updates and performance metrics.
