
Customer Experience Operations Manager

Voi Technology AB is seeking a Customer Experience Operations Manager to ensure excellence in customer experience operations by understanding standard operating procedures (SOPs), designing and delivering training programs, and monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives. In this role, you will report to the Senior Regional Success Manager, be part of the Customer Experience Operations team (CXO), and drive the continuous improvement of knowledge management practices.
This involves conducting training needs analysis, collaborating with the CXO-team and external BPO teams to identify skill gaps and training needs, developing engaging and effective training programs, and tracking attendance and completion rates. You will also onboard new CXO-team members, provide continuous support and constructive feedback, and develop contingency plans to ensure training continuity and adoption.
As a liaison between the CXO function and BPOs, you will align training initiatives with company goals and support change management efforts. Your experience working with e-learning platforms, G-suite, and collaboration tools will be valuable assets in this role. Additionally, your familiarity with managing SOPs, knowledge bases, quality assurance principles, and process optimisation will enable you to make a significant impact on our customer experience operations.
