About the Job

The Head of Managed Services provides a 360-degree service for B2B clients looking to outsource gaming operations. We utilize industry best practice and expert knowledge of our proprietary technology to support clients across marketing and operational functions.

The service aims to optimize user journeys, improve player value, and adhere to regulatory requirements. We offer a tailored approach per client, incorporating their unique aspects into the player experience.

Responsibilities

Optimize user journeys;Improve player value;Adhere to regulatory requirements;Manage personnel within the division;Develop and implement operational policies;Challenge current performance levels;Make informed decisions on mitigation actions;Stay up-to-date on competitor programs.

Requirements

You should have 5 years' experience in a similar role within the B2C iGaming industry. A solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is necessary.

You should be able to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders, manage profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow. Team management experience and ability to get up to speed quickly are also required.
