Happy Socks is a quirky company that values creativity and playfulness. We're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
The Position
This full-time role is based at our head office in central Stockholm, working primarily weekdays 9:00-18:00. The Customer Experience Specialist reports to the Customer Experience Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.
- Act as Second Line support by handling escalations from our First Line support team.
- Work with the external First Line support team, providing them with continuous support and constructive feedback.
- Maintain and improve the chatbot and support pages on the Happy Socks website.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English, with German fluency being a plus.
- Previous experience in online customer support, preferably from an E-commerce environment.
- Customer-first and supportive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
