
Customer Security Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team of experts at TRUESEC AB.
The role involves working closely with our customers to help them achieve their cybersecurity goals and providing guidance on how to best utilize our services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in operational and strategic meetings as part of the customer team
- Developing and presenting operational reports to our customers
- Being the primary point of contact for any technical issues regarding the service for a group of clients
The ideal candidate will have an excellent technical understanding combined with strong communication skills in order to present and understand both customers and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Operational experience in cybersecurity monitoring, or similar experience working with technical MSSP services
- Minimum 2 years working in a customer-facing role
- Ability to respond rapidly, multi-task, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, team members, and engagement managers
