About the Opportunity

This role involves supporting our Dutch customers via all inbound contact channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will resolve customer issues, which will be broad and varied, including technical support or questions about ongoing loan applications. You will take full ownership of the customer's onboarding process and sales funnel, driving customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

In this position, you will collaborate with colleagues within the Customer Service/Sales team as well as other stakeholders and departments to drive issue resolution. We have grown the Dutch Customer Success team immensely in the past years and received our banking license. Therefore, you will also have an impact on new routines and ways of working both internally and towards our customers.

Job Requirements:
  • Resolve customer issues via phone, chat, and email.
  • Take full ownership of issue resolution and customer-facing contact.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements.

This role reports directly to one of the two Team Leads.
