We are seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our loyalty program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and loyalty through innovative strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive customer experience strategies that meet business goals and customer needs
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences across multiple touchpoints
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive growth and profitability
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with tech teams to implement new features and ensure effective execution
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to engage customers and internal stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A solid background in managing loyalty programs or CRM initiatives in consumer-facing industries
- Natural ability to manage project initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Self-starting skills, taking ownership of projects and driving new ideas forward
- Sharp analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and transforming it into actionable insights
- Experience from working with loyalty platforms, CRM software, and other tech solutions
