Job Description
\As a Technical Customer Success Manager at Stockfiller, you will play a key role in ensuring customers achieve optimal results from our platform. You will serve as the bridge between our customers and technical teams, overseeing smooth integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing workflows.
Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with customers to onboard them efficiently and understand their needs, providing proactive solutions to enhance their experience.\
- Manage and support technical integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Stockfiller and customer systems.\
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and guide customers through resolution processes.\
- Collaborate with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to improve our platform and address technical challenges.\
- Develop best practices, documentation, and training materials to empower customers and streamline onboarding efficiency.\

\To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Experience with Excel / Google Sheets and ability to analyze data.\
- Tech-savviness and solutions-oriented mindset, with experience in technical integrations, APIs, or SaaS platforms.\
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\
- Customer focus, passion for delivering top-tier experiences, and proactive problem-solving skills.\
- Ability to collaborate across departments to drive success.\
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize processes.\
- Completed bachelor's degree or higher.\
