
Customer Advocacy Director

This is a critical role in our customer marketing team and requires a creative marketer with a passion for customer engagement and a proven track record in building customer communities and advocacy.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing programs to engage customers, create referral and advocacy programs, develop content and events that resonate with the community, and ensure our customers and their successes are front and center of our voice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent marketing communication skills, the ability to proactively identify opportunities and deliver results, and a proven track record in building customer communities and advocacy.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement programs to engage customers and create referral and advocacy programs.
- Develop content and events that resonate with the community and ensure our customers and their successes are front and center of our voice.
- Identify key advocates to create case studies, manage customer success stories, and enable speaking opportunities to support our business objectives.
- Streamline and manage customer communications.
