Technical Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Recticel Insulation in Stockholm, Sweden.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and project support to develop and manage insulation projects across Sweden, with a focus on flat roofs and walls.

Your primary objective will be to drive sales and promote advanced insulation solutions, such as PIR (Polyisocyanurate), to meet customer needs.

About the Role:

  • Identify, develop, and manage projects in the Stockholm area, ensuring the specification and sales of PIR insulation products.
  • Provide technical support to the Swedish sales team.
  • Engage early with various stakeholders, including contractors, roofers, cladding specialists, specifiers, designers, and engineers, to collaboratively develop solutions alongside the sales team.

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Proven project management experience, particularly in the construction or insulation industry, is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, with the ability to provide high-level technical support and project coordination, is necessary.
  • The ability to influence key stakeholders and advocate effectively for PIR insulation solutions is crucial.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
