Job Overview
Talent & Partner AB is a leader in test and measurement technology, offering versatile equipment and data acquisition solutions. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Sales Engineer to develop the Swedish market and work closely with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a key position to grow business, expand sales and customer base, and maintain relations with present customers. Key functions include:

  • Growing business and expanding the Swedish market sales and customer base.
  • Holding product presentations, hosting/attending web-based seminars and trade shows.
  • Self-sufficiently identifying and developing customer base and project opportunities.
  • Registering and following up on sales leads, projects, and customer visits.
  • Preparing quotations and working with CRM.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate should be a technical self-motivated person who enjoys taking the lead in finding new customers and markets. Essential qualifications include:

  • A proven track record of sales excellence and revenue growth; relevant industry experience.
  • Strong customer, sales, and service orientation.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good IT knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM).
  • Positive attitude with a 'yes, we can' approach.
  • Ability to work independently; proactivity is essential for success in this role.
  • Willing and able to travel for customer visits about 40-50% of the time.
  • Driving license.
