Claims Advocate

At TN Sweden, we are seeking a highly skilled Claims Advocate to join our team in Stockholm. As a Claims Advocate, you will play a critical role in managing and handling complex claims related to directors' and officers' liability insurance, crime insurance, and professional indemnity insurance.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our financial and professional risks business in Sweden. You will have the chance to shape and develop the claims function, working closely with brokers and the wider Nordic team.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage and handle claims related to directors' and officers' liability insurance, crime insurance, and professional indemnity insurance for our large book of financial and professional services clients in Sweden.
2. Collaborate with brokers to ensure efficient and effective claims handling processes.
3. Provide guidance and support to brokers on complex claims matters.
4. Help establish and implement a new claims handling system to improve claims management.
5. Work closely with the existing claims team to share best practices and ensure a consistent approach across the Nordic region.

About You:

• You have significant experience (5+ years) in handling complex claims, ideally within the financial and professional services sectors.
• You possess strong technical knowledge of directors' and officers' liability, crime, and professional indemnity insurance products.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with brokers and clients.
• You are able to work independently and take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• You are willing to help build and shape the claims function from the ground up.
• You are fluent in English and Swedish.
