At & Other Stories, we're dedicated to fostering strong relationships with our customers and delivering exceptional experiences across all touchpoints. As a Customer Experience Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our loyalty program.
The Loyalty Lead will be responsible for driving strategy, concept, and customer value proposition to align with business goals and meet customer needs. This includes leading the execution and rollout of the loyalty program across multiple functions, ensuring seamless delivery and integration with Sales, Brand & Marketing, Tech, and Customer Service.
- This role involves working closely with tech teams to implement and test new features, ensuring the program's tech solution is effective and aligned with business needs.
- You will drive communication initiatives across teams to engage both customers and internal stakeholders.
- In addition, this role requires building strong relationships with stores, driving engagement, and supporting training initiatives to ensure store colleagues understand and execute the program effectively.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement and optimize loyalty programs.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to inform program development and improvement.
- A solid background in managing loyalty programs or CRM initiatives in consumer-facing industries is essential.
- Natural ability to manage project initiatives with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and seamless collaboration.
- Sharp analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and transforming it into actionable insights that improve the customer experience and business performance.
