Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our customer engagement initiatives. As a key member of our Marketing Department, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals and customer needs.
  • Digital Channel Management: Oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including webinars, podcasts, email marketing, websites, and social media.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless alignment and optimal customer experiences.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives and inform data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing; proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken; IMA training course certification on compliance; strong collaboration and communication skills; project management skills.
  • Desirable Requirements: Pharma experience within digital marketing; agility; analytical thinking; brand awareness; business analytics; cross-functional collaboration; digital marketing; marketing strategy; media campaigns; sales; stakeholder engagement; stakeholder management; strategic marketing.
