About the Role

This role involves supporting our Dutch customers via all inbound contact channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will resolve customer issues, which will be broad and varied, including technical support or questions about ongoing loan applications. You will take full ownership of the customer's onboarding process and sales funnel, driving customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

In this position, you will collaborate with colleagues within the Customer Service/Sales team as well as other stakeholders and departments to drive issue resolution. The Dutch Customer Success team has grown immensely in the past years, and we have received our banking license. Therefore, you will also have an impact on new routines and ways of working both internally and towards our customers. This role reports directly to one of the two Team Leads.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound customer issues via phone, chat, and email.
  • Take full ownership of issue resolution and customer-facing contact.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements.

You will be part of a large and diverse team of 19 people that includes Underwriters, Customer Success, and Collection Agents among others.
