About the Job

We're looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Representative to join our team in scaling Qred in Germany. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for handling customers' requests, preparing tailored loan offers, and developing a healthy customer lifecycle.

Our goal is to provide top-notch service to our customers and help them grow their businesses.

Your Qualifications
  • A flexible and positive mindset and enjoy working as a team.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a lot of things on your plate.
  • The ability to build trust and to understand the customers' needs and meet them at eye level.
  • Fluent in German and good English.
  • Experience with some kind of customer service and/or within sales will be considered a plus but it's not a requirement.
