
German Market Expansion Specialist

As a key member of our international sales team at Work International, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the German market.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for new clients within Germany. This includes identifying new business opportunities, connecting with HR managers and decision-makers across various industries, and showcasing the value of our HR system through engaging product demonstrations.
The ideal candidate will have native German language skills, as well as excellent English proficiency. Previous experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or customer service is highly beneficial. Post-secondary education in a relevant field is also an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities in the German market.
- Client Outreach: Connect with HR managers, CEOs, and decision-makers across various industries.
- Sales Demos: Showcase the value of our client's HR system through engaging product demonstrations.
- Manage Full Sales Cycle: From lead generation to closing deals, you will take ownership of the sales journey.
- Personal Development: Set and achieve personal sales targets with continuous guidance and support.
- Market Expansion: Help drive growth in Germany for our innovative HR-tech solutions.
What You'll Need:
- Native German language skills.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or customer service.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (an advantage).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
- Comfortable working with systems and eager to learn our HR-tech platform.
