About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Director in Sweden. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Mollie's presence in the market, promoting commercial growth, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for executing various commercial activities, such as developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with customers and partners, and coordinating the onboarding and integration of new customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote commercial growth in Sweden.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners (agencies, SaaS partners) to gather insights and feedback on the local Mollie experience and product.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the onboarding and integration of new customers, ensuring successful go-live outcomes.

  • Develop and execute plans to promote commercial growth in Sweden, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders on commercial performance and progress in Sweden.

Requirements

  • Native Swedish fluency and English proficiency; knowledge of additional Nordic languages is beneficial.

  • 2-5 years of experience in technology sales; additional experience in strategic or operational roles and/or SaaS/payments is advantageous.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable taking initiative to achieve goals promptly.

  • An outbound mindset with demonstrated experience in outbound skills.

  • A structured approach to work and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and strong relationship-building skills.

  • A team player who energizes colleagues with a healthy level of intensity and entrepreneurial spirit.
