We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to join ListenAlert as our Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and scale operations for our AI-powered brand intelligence platform. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an individual with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and commercial roles.
As the ideal candidate, you have 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales/commercial roles, with a strong background in selling to marketing agencies and enterprise clients across the Nordics. Your expertise in MarTech or AI/ML solutions and understanding of regional market dynamics make you a top contender for this position.
The successful candidate will lead our commercial strategy, building and managing dynamic sales, customer success, and partnership teams. You will optimize go-to-market strategies tailored for the Nordic and European markets, establish and nurture relationships with key accounts and strategic partners, and drive revenue growth and market expansion initiatives. Collaboration with our product team is essential to align commercial and product strategies.
The following qualities are essential for this role: strong entrepreneurial spirit, strategic vision, and execution capability. A deep understanding of the social media landscape, familiarity with marketing agency operations, knowledge of AI/ML applications in marketing, and experience with SaaS pricing models are also necessary. Leadership qualities include excellent communication and presentation skills, data-driven decision making, and proficiency in English.
