
Product Marketing Director for Growth

\A key element driving our success is a strong value proposition and effective communication around our product offerings. To achieve this, we have integrated Product Management and Product Marketing into our value chain.
\We are now looking for a Group Product Marketing Director to oversee product marketing activities across the Group. This role will be responsible for developing our product marketing function further, with an emphasis on value-driven processes and messaging contributing to profitable growth for Systemair.
\In this capacity, you will drive change to optimize our value proposition and product marketing process, aiming to increase competitiveness and improve profit margins. You will also create and execute a product marketing strategy to enhance our communication around our product offerings.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a group common product marketing strategy and processes\
- Create and execute product marketing strategies to enhance our communication around our product offerings\
- Lead, coach, and develop the product marketing team\
- Collaborate with product management to develop customer value messaging and positioning strategies for respective channels and target groups\
- Develop sales enablement processes and tools to empower sales teams throughout the Systemair Group\
- Leverage different channels and communication packaging to correspond to the customer journey\
- Customize product messaging, positioning, features, advantages, and benefits for respective product areas\
- Coordinate work between the central team and local marketing networks regarding product marketing\
- Develop and coordinate product launches, training material, and commercialization programs\
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement changes in an international setting, manage stakeholders, lead change, and travel internationally\
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product marketing team\
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or engineering\
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial marketing (B2B or B2B2C) or industrial product sales, preferably from the HVAC business environment or industrial products area\
- Strong leadership traits, excellent analytical skills, commercial acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools\
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills\
- Experience with Infor M3 and Qlik Sense is considered a plus\

- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and act cross-functionally and cross-borders\
