
Product Growth Manager

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and user acquisition. This includes conducting market research, creating engaging content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features.
Your Role at a Glance
- You will lead and coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders within Product, Commercial, and Communications.
- You will own end-to-end launches of new products and key features, defining a tailored messaging strategy and delivering it to the team at Juni and our customers.
- You will establish strong relationships with product managers and marketing team stakeholders.
- You will develop advanced competitive positioning and feature-level comparisons for established and emerging competitors in the market.
- You will collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to create assets and deliver integrated product marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience within a B2B role (sales, marketing, product).
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally between teams.
- A strong inclination towards data-driven decisions.
- Native or Business-level fluency in both Swedish and English.
