The Job

We're seeking a skilled Product Growth Strategist to help us drive further growth and success.

You'll be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans for our ecosystem and solutions, fine-tuning our ICP and buyer personas through sales and customer interviews, and leveraging data to inform product marketing decisions.

Develop Go-to-Market Strategies: Work closely with the Product Marketing Director to create and execute go-to-market plans for Puzzel's ecosystem and solutions.

Build Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth expertise in Puzzel's product suite and ensure that messaging supports the product's strengths and customer needs.

Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling narratives that simplify AI-driven customer experience, build trust, and communicate the benefits of Puzzel's solution in the contact centre space.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and product teams to develop sales tools, pitch decks, and case studies that showcase Puzzel's value.

Research & Insights: Use marketing analytics insights to inform product development and guide ongoing product marketing efforts.

Content Creation: Contribute to creating engaging marketing materials, such as whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and product sheets.

Competitive Intelligence: Analyse competitors to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, producing competitive matrices and battle cards for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth and success.
  2. Enhance product knowledge and ensure alignment with sales processes.
  3. Communicate Puzzel's value in the contact centre space through compelling narratives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sales tools and pitch decks.
  5. Analyse competitors to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
  • SaaS Expertise: Proven experience in marketing SaaS products with a deep understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription-based pricing models.
  • Strong analytical skills to inform data-driven decisions.
